December is upon us already.
In other words, 2009 is almost done and dusted.
And while December is a great time for you to celebrate with your employees and reflect on your successes for the year, it is also a good time to reflect on some other aspects of your business.
Take your workplace policies for example.
Have they worked for you this year? Are they up-to-date with the current legislation? Are they still relevant to your business?
Take the time this December to review and update your policies – checking to make sure they are up-to-date and legally compliant will be worth it in the long run.
