A couple of weeks back, I asked you to share your ideas for the 2010 Employment Law Practical Handbook updates with me.

The response was overwhelming!

I got heaps of great suggestions from you about topics and issues you want covered in your 2010 updates (and a few for the Bulletin as well!).

But while I was compiling all the responses, it became clear that one thing many of you are concerned about is enterprise agreements. How to negotiate them, how to lodge them, how to put them to vote etc…

Well in his article today, Charles will share with you 2 things you must do before putting a proposed enterprise agreement to a vote.

Plus, make sure you keep an eye out for the updated version of chapter E2 Enterprise Agreements – it’s coming out in an early 2010 update.
