Sometimes, the attention you pay to the submittal process is just as important.
You see, even if your enterprise agreement meets all the requirements it needs for approval to operate, if you leave just one step out of the pre-approval process, you could find it gets thrown out by Fair Work Australia.

The Government is encouraging employers to make enterprise agreements.
But you need to consider that this might not be the best option to tailor award conditions to suit your workplace. You do have other options available to you.
