Crafti v Cohealth Ltd (2025)

Cohealth Limited (Cohealth) employed Mr Crafti as a community health worker. Cohealth received a complaint from a client alleging serious misconduct by Mr Crafti. Given the allegations and prior to taking any disciplinary action, Cohealth engaged an external investigator to conduct an investigation.

Cohealth’s lawyers briefed Mr Fawcett, a barrister, to act as the investigator. The investigation was conducted in accordance with Cohealth’s misconduct policy, and a detailed investigation report was produced, finding Mr Crafti had breached Cohealth’s code of conduct.
