Ms Snow was employed as a Communications and Projects Manager by the WA Mirning People Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC (the Corporation).

Ms Snow made a workplace complaint about a sexual harassment incident that involved a director filming her buttocks on his phone, touching her inappropriately and making inappropriate comments of a sexual nature. The Corporation investigated but mishandled the process. Despite finding the allegations substantiated, the Director was only issued with a formal warning and was able to retain his position, subject to some attendance conditions, haplessly aimed to assist Ms Snow.
