Fair Work Ombudsman v My IT Partner Pty Ltd (2025)

In 2023, the Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) commenced an investigation into underpayment claims against My IT Partner Pty Ltd. After finding that an IT service desk employee had not been paid in accordance with the relevant modern award, the FWO issued My IT Partner with a compliance notice, directing it to rectify the underpayments.

My IT Partner failed to comply with the compliance notice and refused to engage with the FWO, despite several attempts by the FWO to do so.
