Ansa Finance Pty Ltd, a Melbourne-based finance broking company, hired three workers into insurance, broking and customer relationship management jobs in 2021 and 2022. Two were visa-holders and the other worker was an Australian university student.
The Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) brought proceedings against Ansa Finance and the company’s manager, Joshua Fuoco, for alleged underpayments involving the workers.
