Can an annualised salary be used if the award doesn’t provide for it?
Q: If a modern award does not have provision for an annualised salary, can you still have an annual salary deemed to incorporate all applicable award entitlements? If so, do you need to provide a comparison to the award entitlements (as required for an annualised salary) and do you need to do an annual audit to confirm award entitlements have been met?
